If the order you wish to cancel has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
If you refuse your order upon delivery, or no one was available to accept your order despite multiple delivery attempts, or your order is left unclaimed at the shipping courier, your order will be returned to our warehouse and you may incur a re-shipping fee.
